Sr.Zainab’s Comment:

I have something interesting to add… there are some parts of the month when you’re feeling really really really really down… you know what I mean? But from a woman’s point of view, I recently read a book called “The Venus Week” (it’s for women, but if you’re a guy and you’re married or will be, you should read it :D

… the way our body works is so… hmm.. subhanallah. There’s always one week of the month, due to hormonal changes, you’re a total piss off. You don’t feel like doing anything but resting and you get emotional at the drop of a hat. Worst time ever to work (your body assumes ur pregnant, even if you’re not). Then there’s one to two weeks, again, due to hormonal changes… when you feel happier and better and more confident… that’s the BEST time to put your energy into something useful.

All you have to do is figure out when your good week (Venus Week) is and when your low energy days are (Minerva Phase)… And I swear, if you have it figured out, LIFE BECOMES EASIER!!! And maximizes your productivity. lol… Oh and this only applies to women.

If you have anything to add or wanna comment…write em below

wow…thinking…who knew? I’m assuming you’ll be sharing what types of thinking in your next video? Can’t wait for that. Very informative. Jazak-Allah khair. Just something for the future…if you could talk about focus – I don’t know if you have something about that already or can’t remember…FOCUS…i can never focus on studying…until the very last minute…maybe the untangle your time talks about it?

    LOL!
nahyan: “if you see the “speed thing” in a car..” (Speedometer)

This is an awesome advice/reminder. I just studied an OB chapter (for exam today), one chapter was about dealing with stress/energy depletion.
Energy is a resource and it depletes, we work hard to maintain our resource and stress reduces it—-> thinking we’re exhausted/the task at hand is SOOOO BORING…only depletes the energy resource
=) Like your video as always…except for the disqualified part.

@Arshad Thinking – yes inshaAllah, this was kind of a teaser :)
That is in UYT series, but I need to expand on it as well.

@Mohamed Sheikh hehe, i thought it was speedometer but didn’t want to get it wrong :P

That’s pretty cool about OB point, quite interesting.
